Troy A. Mears is a Senior Landscape Architect with over 13 years of diverse experience in design and project management, including landscape design, irrigation design, hardscape design, city center restoration, site master planning, and open space design. He has worked on numerous projects throughout the United States and Korea, including commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, golf course, parks and recreation, and public works projects. Troy has a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND. He is a registered Landscape Architect in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, California and Montana; is nationally CLARB certified; is an EPA WaterSense Partner; and is a Certified Irrigation Designer (CID). Troy is active in the following Memberships & Affiliations: American Society of Landscape Architects, the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, the Irrigation Association, the Home Builders Association, and Associated Builders and Contractors.

Troy is an active member in the City of Tigard community. He currently serves on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. He also re-designed the landscape around the grounds of St. Anthony School and Church along Highway 99W in Tigard during the Spring of 2009.
