As project Landscape Architect Troy created the landscape and irrigation designs within this 52.86 acre neighborhood shopping center. Some of the shopping center buildings include Sonic, Burger King and Office Max.

Columbia Tech Center, Vancouver, WA

400-Acre Corporate Park includes Nautilus World Headquarters, park, school, hotel and retail buildings. There are also eight (8) water features. Site scope and challenges include landscape and irrigation design, two (2) pump station designs and construction administration services throughout the construction process.

Aloha Park

Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation Department Aloha, OR

Provided landscape architecture services including irrigation design for THPRD. Also responsible for project administration and inspection of construction. Provided GPS mapping information for base plans of existing features and worked with local utility companies to identify existing electrical and water services.

Thompson Park

City of McMinnville Parks & Recreation McMinnville, OR

Responsible for development of landscape and irrigation design and coordination of all phases of work including the preparation of the layout, grading and drainage drawings, concept drawings reviewed by the City Staff, and construction documents. Also in charge of contract administration and site inspections.

The NiNes at Riverridge Golf Course

Eugene, OR

The scope of this project was to provide a base plan utilizing GPS, mapping the course in the early stages of construction for layout schematics. We then provided a decoder based irrigation plan and details after receiving the final layout plan. The Nines has two (2) 9-hole courses, and executive course and a par three course. After construction was completed, we mapped the entire site utilizing GPS for an accurate record drawing.
