Waterside Condos - Hayden Island, Portland, OR
Provided landscape, grading, drainage and irrigation design and construction documents for the formal gardens. The design team was required to use innovative stormwater development on existing infrastructure. We used the flow through planters and vegetated swales in order to achieve this. The challenge was to adhere to the formal garden while maintaining the stormwater management criteria.
Walnut Creek Subdivision Tigard, Oregon
Provided Landscape and Irrigation design and construction documents for the subdivision. Also designed the main entrance sign and logo. The design team was required to provide a common area for the residience to use. Photo of the common area is above.
